About me
I am a fully-trained psychotherapist and counsellor, with a particular interest in attachment, relationships and loss. My therapeutic approach is based on Transactional Analysis (TA) and attachment styles. I am a clinical supervisor and work as an examiner for several universities and colleges for students training to become counsellors and psychotherapists.
I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.

Counselling and psychotherapy
Counselling and psychotherapy are both ways in which I can work with you to achieve a positive change in your life. They are related, but you might find it helpful to understand the differences.

Supervision and tutoring
I provide both group and individual supervision for counsellors and therapists, both qualified and in training. I work for Kingston Women’s Centre as a clinical supervisor.
